Proudly based in Toronto, we’re a small tote bag business inspired by the city’s creativity, diversity, and unstoppable energy. Each tote is thoughtfully designed with intention—practical, meaningful, and made to move with you, while supporting your everyday manifesting.

Our name comes from the Urdu word “uthana” (اٹھانا), a word layered with meaning: to lift, to raise, to carry, to bear, to shoulder.

Each definition reflects the quiet strength behind our brand. As a women-owned business, UTHANA represents what we hold, what we rise with, and what we choose to carry forward — in our work, our values, and the pieces we create.
